Two highlights from this week!

Met with members of the planning team for the new Lewis County Young Professionals. They asked to meet to get ideas, support and tips. I was happy to help.

Toured Centralia's power-generating diversion dam. The dam is located in Yelm. I toured the entire 9-mile project, from the diversion dam to the power-generating station. This took most of the day on Friday, and I was joined by the new city deputy manager, Amy Buckler. It is important to me to understand the workings of the city so that when I am asked to vote on an item, I have first-hand knowledge of it and can make a good decision.
